Welcome to Govt. Degree College, Ukhral situated in the moutain terrains of Pogal Paristan of Jammu and Kashmir. The college lies in winter zone and is permanently affiliated with University of Jammu. The College is presently functional at Community Hall Ukhral and  has acquired 50 kanals of land at Village Panchal Ukhral near Community Hall. The college is located in a very beautiful area surrounded by high mountains at a distance of 175 kilometres from Jammu, and 28 km from District Headquarter Ramban. The village presents a picturesque view in the back drop of Pir Panjal Hills in the North-East. Ukhral is surrounded by a series of mountains, thick belts of forests on the slopes, green pastures and crisscross streams.
