About
Government Degree College Bijbehara is one of the recently establishment co-education colleges in the Southern part of Kashmir established in 2005, having 8 acres of land. It is located at Nilandras on Bijbehara Pahalgam road falling in the north of district Anantnag. The college offers admission to students in the field of Science, Arts and Commerce for which adequate infrastructure and teaching faculty are available. The College at present accommodates around 3500 students. The college for the first time has gone through the multi-stage process of accreditation through NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) and got accredited with
Grade “B”, which is a landmark development for this newly established institution.
