Govt. Degree College, Basohli, with present strength of nearly 300 students is situated in Village Plahi, 3 km from Basohli Town. Established in 2005, it initially offered Arts courses and expanded to include Science courses in 2010. Spread over 150 kanals, with a builtup area of about 8 kanals, the college was accredited with a 'C' grade by NAAC in January 2020. The institution aims to enhance educational quality and increase student enrolment in its undergraduate programs.
